Syracuse - The Heart of New York
This is a great time of the year to visit our community; we're thrilled to welcome you to the heart of New York state. As signs of spring bloom throughout the Greater Syracuse area, evidence of economic growth and revitalization can be found everywhere you look, too. It's a challenge to keep up-to-date with all of the new businesses that are opening their doors in Syracuse. In downtown Syracuse alone, several really cool restaurants and bars have taken up shop and throughout the Greater Syracuse area you will find a growing number of excellent establishments, too.
Beyond a bustling downtown, we are thrilled to be home to what is being recognized as one of the largest malls in America. The major expansion of Carousel Center has created a 2.4 million square foot retail destination known as Destiny USA and is scheduled to open this spring.
From shopping and dining to pampering and entertainment, we know that Syracuse will surprise you - in a fantastic way!
