Whether your event is two years or two days away, the Syracuse Convention and Visitors Bureau will always pay attention to your needs. No detail is too small to ensure a successful event, and we will work with you from start to finish in planning your next sporting event. Together with a team of community hospitality volunteers, area agencies, and Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce members, we're always at your service!

Our Services Include (but are not limited to):

• Hospitality table with Syracuse information/coupons at venue & lodging properties
• Local organizing committee meeting creation/attendance
• Community liaison to sports facilities and lodging properties
