Twin Trees III is a family owned and operated restaurant that opened its doors on October 4, 1978. The original Twin Trees on Avery Ave was founded in 1957 by Don Ross Sr. Twin Trees Too on Milton Ave followed shortly after. Today all locations are still operated by family members.

Twin Trees III is run by Bonnie & Louis Ross and their family. Their son, Jeff, and daughter, Nikki, are visible daily assets to the business. Their son, Luke, is the manager of the East Syracuse take-out and delivery restaurant. Twin Trees III has been consistently voted #1 pizza by local media and publications and the chicken wings have also won several polls.
