Preble Visitor Information Center
The Preble Visitor Information Center is approximately 30 miles south of Syracuse. The $7.5 million facility offers plenty of parking, an outdoor picnic area, pet-friendly walking areas and our Central and Upstate New York Visitor Information Center. It is the last rest area heading north on Interstate 81, prior to arriving in Syracuse, and provides services to travelers continuing north as well as those heading east and west on the New York State Thruway.
It is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and display racks are regularly replenished.
