The Beard-Morgan House was built in 1830 by one of Fayetteville's earliest mill owners. It is an excellent example of Italianate architecture featuring curved walls in four of the major rooms. Currently, it is filled with comfortable antiques. For example, the TV room features the mission oak style introduced by the Stickley furniture makers of Fayetteville. Their modern-day factory is located just a few miles away in Manlius. The house, located in the historic district of Fayetteville, offers walking access to shopping, dining and other historic homes.
