At the Syracuse Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB), we love our work. Because we love our community. That’s why we’re so enthusiastic about our programs, like SHARE and SHARE A ‘CUSE.

WHY CNY

WHY CNY offers valuable training to all Onondaga County hospitality industry employees. It is designed to strengthen the front-line hospitality providers’ knowledge of Central New York history, attractions and special events, while reinforcing customer service skills. The program includes a full day Familiarization Tour of the community with stops and tours at selected attractions, lunch and afternoon snack. Reference materials to use and share with fellow employees and guests about all that Syracuse and Central New York has to offer are distributed during teaching sessions on the bus between stops. For details, contact us at info@VisitSyracuse.org.

SHARE A ‘CUSE

Through this program, we invite Central New Yorkers to share all that is wonderful about our area with their counterparts from around the state or region. If you’re a member of a professional association, trade group or hobby club, why not invite your group to hold its annual or regional meeting right here? The SCVB will partner with you to make it happen. For details, contact Lisa Bortoloni Metot at LMetot@VisitSyracuse.org.
